I'm passionate about helping companies build beloved brands, and proving that when brand is embedded in everything you do, it drives real business results. Having spent most of my career at fast-moving companies that live at a global scale, I've learned that the best work comes from strong relationships, clear communication, and collaborative iteration...and that life's too short not to make work fun.

When developing strategy, rather than disappearing for weeks and returning with a polished deck, I work in quick, "wet paint" rounds so the team can react, redirect, and refine in real time. The goal is sharp, useful thinking that feels like it was written by the team, not an outside consultant.
When working with or building teams, my goal is to ensure everyone feels like we built the thing together. I integrate into the team, drive collaboration and look to set a rhythm that lasts long after my contract ends.

Helped transform a siloed decentralized service organization into a strategy led marketing team instrumental in Uber's turnaround. My team was responsible for defining the marketing strategy and managing execution of all brand, rides product, cause, diversity, loyalty and fintech marketing efforts within the US & Canada, and often globally. During my tenure my team:
- Defined the role of Brand Management in US&C marketing
- Launched Uber Rewards
- Launched the Uber Visa Card
- Relaunched UberBlack
- Executed Uber's first brand campaign (Moving Forward)
- Led annual planning & the marketing strategy for our region

Worked closely with both internal and external creative teams to concept and execute industry recognized interactive brand campaigns including: Old Navy’s Super Modelquin launch and Super Search, Banana Republic’s City Stories, Gap’s Born to Fit launch, Gap Holiday 2008 & 2009, and the Gap 1969 Stream (2010); an immersive interactive shopping experience housing retail, negotiated partner content, and social interaction.
